Australian Pig Industry Quality Program |
 The Australian Pig Industry Quality Program is a HACCP based system that implements risk managment in the food safety, welfare and meat quality areas of pig production.
Facilitation involves undergoing an on-farm training program that involves the development of a Quality Manual, Standard Operating Procedures and Records that ensures compliance with the APIQP Standards.
Auditing involves an assessment of your Quality System to ensure that all of the Standards are being met.
